Deposits and withdrawals at Sparta Spins

Sparta Spins accepts cards, Apple Pay, Skrill and six cryptocurrencies. Deposits start at €20 and normally land in your balance at once, and in most cases we cover the transaction fee. Payouts are sent to the same channel you funded your account with, are usually processed instantly and can reach €50,000 a month. Here is everything you need to know about moving money in and out of your account.
Payment methods
| Type | Methods |
|---|---|
| Cards | Visa, Mastercard |
| Mobile wallet | Apple Pay |
| E-wallet | Skrill |
| Cryptocurrency | Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, Litecoin, Solana, Dogecoin |
Card payments are handled by third-party payment processors: Sparta Spins never processes your card details directly. The same list of methods is available for withdrawals, because payouts follow the route of your original payment.
Depositing
The minimum deposit is €20 for every method. Deposits should appear in your balance immediately. If more than ten minutes have passed and the funds are still missing, contact support with the details of the payment so we can trace it.
Fees and currency
In most cases Sparta Spins absorbs the deposit fee. Some payment systems apply their own currency exchange charges, which are deducted from the deposit amount, and your bank may also charge for the transfer. Should your payment be made in another currency than the one your account runs in, it is converted at the daily rate published by oanda.com, or at the prevailing rate of our bank or payment processor.
Why a deposit can fail
- The card issuer or wallet declined the payment.
- The amount is below the €20 minimum.
- There are not enough funds on the card or in the wallet.
- A crypto transfer was sent on a different network from the one shown in the cashier.
Paying with crypto
Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, Litecoin, Solana and Dogecoin are accepted. Crypto deposits are popular for their speed, and the same coins can be used to withdraw. Before sending, copy the deposit address shown in the cashier and check that your wallet uses the matching network: a transfer on the wrong network may not be recoverable. Keep the transaction hash until the funds appear in your balance. Network fees are set by the blockchain itself, not by Sparta Spins, and can vary with traffic; sending a little more than the minimum helps make sure the amount credited still reaches €20 after fees.
Withdrawing
| Rule | Detail |
|---|---|
| Maximum | €50,000 per month |
| Processing on our side | usually instant; up to 24 hours when reviewed by hand |
| Arrival | depending on your bank, within 5 business days of approval |
| Method | back to the method used for your deposit |
The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed in the cashier when you request a payout. Before your first withdrawal your account must be verified: see our registration page for the documents we need.
The 1x deposit rule
To prevent money laundering, every deposit needs to be played through one time before it can leave your account. If you withdraw funds that have not been played through, an 8% fee is deducted, with a minimum of €4 or the equivalent in your account currency. Wager your deposit once and there is no withdrawal fee at all. For example, a €100 deposit withdrawn untouched would lose €8, while the same deposit played through once can be withdrawn in full.
Exceptions to the same-method rule
Withdrawals normally return to your original payment method. In some cases we can allow another method, subject to additional security checks. Contact support before requesting the payout if you need this.
Choosing the right method
Each payment type has its strengths. Cards are familiar and quick, and most players already have one at hand. Apple Pay lets you confirm a deposit on your phone in seconds with Face ID or Touch ID, without typing card details. Skrill keeps your gambling money separate from your main bank account, which makes it easier to track your spending. Cryptocurrencies suit players who already hold coins and want fast transfers; just remember that their value can change between the moment you deposit and the moment you withdraw.
| Method | Good for |
|---|---|
| Visa, Mastercard | simple everyday deposits |
| Apple Pay | fast payments from an iPhone |
| Skrill | keeping gaming funds separate |
| Crypto | players who already hold digital coins |
A closer look at the coins
Bitcoin is the best known cryptocurrency and widely supported by wallets. Ethereum and Solana are fast networks often used for everyday transfers. USDT is a stablecoin designed to track the US dollar, which helps if you want to avoid price swings. Litecoin and Dogecoin are popular for quick, low-cost payments. Whatever you choose, use a wallet you control, double-check the network and never send funds from an exchange account that is not in your name.
Depositing step by step
- Log in and open the cashier.
- Pick your payment method.
- Enter an amount of at least €20.
- Confirm the payment with your bank, wallet or crypto app.
- Check that the funds appear in your balance.
Withdrawing step by step
- Make sure your identity has been verified.
- Check that your deposit has been played through once.
- Open the cashier and choose withdrawal.
- Select the method you deposited with and enter the amount.
- Follow the status of your request in your account.
Large withdrawals
The monthly ceiling of €50,000 is generous, but if you land a big win, plan your requests across the month. Each request is checked against your verification status and your deposit history, so having your documents approved in advance avoids any pause. For very large amounts, our team may carry out additional security checks before releasing the funds.
Cancelling a withdrawal
Changed your mind? A pending withdrawal can be cancelled, and the money returns to your balance. Keep in mind that whatever you play after cancelling is subject to the normal risks of the game, so only cancel if you really want to keep playing.
Weekly cashback
Every Monday at 06:00 UTC, we credit 10% of your net losses from the previous week. The cashback is paid as withdrawable cash, so you can play with it or request a payout straight away.
Charges to be aware of
- Chargebacks, denials or reversals of a payment carry an administration fee of €50 per case.
- An account in credit that has been inactive for 12 consecutive months is charged €5 per calendar month, after a notice in the eleventh month.
- Your own bank or wallet may charge fees on its side.
Questions about a payment
If something looks wrong with a deposit or withdrawal, get in touch through the support form or by email, with the date, amount, method and any transaction reference. Complaints have a three-day window after the operation concerned, so do not wait. Our support team will try to resolve the issue; if that does not work, the matter is escalated to management.
Keeping your spending under control
Fast payments make it easy to deposit again on impulse. Decide on a budget before you play and stick to it, and never deposit money meant for bills or savings. If you feel your deposits are getting out of hand, contact support: you can request self-exclusion for a period between 6 months and 5 years. Our responsible gambling page has more advice.
Your account currency
Your balance is kept in a single account currency. Deposits in another currency are converted on arrival, and withdrawals are paid out on the same basis. To keep things simple and avoid conversion costs, deposit in the currency your account uses, or in the cryptocurrency you intend to withdraw in. If you use crypto, remember that the value of the coin may move between deposit and payout.
Minimum withdrawal
The smallest amount you can withdraw is shown in the cashier when you open the withdrawal tab. If your balance is below it, keep playing or wait until your weekly cashback is credited before requesting a payout.
Payment security
Card payments go through specialised third-party processors, so Sparta Spins never stores your full card details. Use only payment methods in your own name, keep your wallet and banking apps protected with a PIN or biometrics, and never share one-time codes with anyone, including people claiming to be from support.
Why a withdrawal can be delayed
Most payouts are instant. A request may take longer if your account is not yet verified, if your deposit has not been wagered once, if a manual review is needed, or if your bank takes several days to credit the funds. Requests that do not meet these conditions can be rejected, and you can cancel a pending request if you change your mind.
